What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Delivery charges will vary based on the size of your order. We ship via UPS or Canpar to any Canadian location and DHL International to international locations. Delivery charges are clearly shown at checkout once you enter your delivery information.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and AMEX.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery is 1-4 days within Canada and between 10 and 21 days for international locations. Please note that shipping times might be longer as usual because of the COVID-19 situation.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

What exactly happens after ordering?
You will receive an email confirming your order. At this point, your order will be marked as ‘Processing’. When your order is shipped, typically within one (1) business day, you will receive another email receipt showing your order as ‘Complete’.
